Please note that our real-time credit card authorization system, powered by Card Services, automatically rejects orders when the billing address provided does not match credit card company address records. Our bank also requires that we follow additional procedures to verify card authenticity when a customer requests shipping to a separate person and/or address. These procedures may delay order processing and shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our legitimate customers.

Return Policy & Warranty

MyAutoShades Custom Products

At MyAutoShades, we are fully committed to providing you with designed front, side & rear shades that exceed your expectations. The Custom Shades, Heatshield, and The Shade products are customized cut to fit products and therefore are not refundable.

All Other MyAutoShades Products

For all non-custom designed products, excluding the Heatshield and the Shade, we will replace your order, offer store credit or issue a complete refund if you are dissatisfied with you order. Please contact us by e-mail at service@myautoshades.com for a Return Authorization Code (you must have this before you send your return) if you need to return your product. If you do not have an authorization, we cannot credit your account. Upon inspection of product, credit will be issued less shipping charges. Orders must be returned in their original condition within two weeks from receipt of order. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned items.

These shipping rates are subject to change without notice. From time to time, promotion offers might include free shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or International addresses.

All shipments will go out within 24-48 hours of transaction receipt and approval. Unless otherwise indicated, all deliveries are sent using UPS ground service. Shipment normally takes 3 to 5 business days.
